Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu film, as well as some appearances in Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 because of her performance as actress Savitri, who appeared in the Telugu film Mahanati. Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her, as was a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. She started her career as a child actor at the beginning of 2000 and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. She had her first lead part in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy took on her first Malayalam projects and also began to work on projects in Tamil at the same time. Her first film release came in A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The film didn't do well at the box office. A busy schedule during 2015 resulted in her having choose to stay out of movies which she had already started working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to make room for larger projects. The result was that she made two films in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo, while also playing the leading character in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film was later delayed and reports indicate that Janakitho Nenu is expected to debut in September 2020. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and was starring in the role of actor Ram Pothineni. In January 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa, opposite actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan. She also appeared as a character in Tamil film Paambhu Sattai and Telugu film Nenu Local in 2017.
