Hannah Dominique E. John Kamen was born in England. She has played Dutch in the Syfy show Killjoys as well as Ornela on HBO's Game of Thrones. Her other roles include F'Nale in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One and Ghost in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah was born in Beverley, Yorkshire in England. Her parents were father who was a forensic psychiatrist from Nigeria and Norwegian-born fashion model mother. Hannah attended Hull Collegiate School after completing elementary school in Kirk Ella. In 2012, John-Kamen received her diploma from the Central School of Speech and Drama. John-Kamen made her debut in the field of professional voice acting in 2011. She was the voice of Dark Souls. Then she went on to appear in episode of the show Misfits (2012), Black Mirror (2012), Whitechapel (2013), The Syndicate (2013), The Midnight Beast (2014) and The Hour (2015). John-Kamen was offered Viva in the lead role in Viva Forever which was a West End musical based upon the Spice Girls' songs. Viva Forever is a musical written and produced with Judy Craymer. It premiered in December 2012, in the Piccadilly Theatre. Reviews were mostly negative. The Daily Mirror, however did praise John-Kamen's acting, noting "It's an pity that a gifted ensemble, particularly Hannah John-Kamen's Viva and the remainder of Eternity, are let down by a cliched script and boring dialog." The show formally closed its doors on the 29th day of June 2013. John-Kamen got a major role on SyFy's Killjoys in the year 2015. John-Kamen played a guest star on HBO's Game of Thrones in 2016. She was featured on "Playtest" which was a Black Mirror anthology episode, in 2016. Also, she appeared on season two of the UK TV series The Tunnel and in the action film Ant-Man and the Wasp.
